Speaking the truth (as always), the Wayfarer wedding venue on Whidbey Island is one of my favorites. And not only because I consider myself a local Whidbey Island wedding photographer, but because I truly love this place. It’s beautiful, rustic, quaint, charming, peaceful, and everything else that you would want from a Whidbey Island wedding venue.
Brooke & Will kept their wedding day extremely intimate. It was their closest friends and family only. That’s it. Even their officiant was a personal friend of theirs. Quite literally only a few friends from each side, family, and me. It was the definition of an intimate wedding experience. It was perfect.
And yes, there’s no such thing as the perfect wedding day, but when it comes to getting what you wanted — Brooke and Will had their version of their ideal wedding day. It was smooth and beautiful from beginning to end. And nobody ever wants their wedding day to end!
