The Alley 111 wedding venue has got to be one of my top 3 recommendations for Bellevue wedding venues. Surprisingly, there’s not many. I’ve now been a full-time photographer for nearly 10 years as I am writing this (in September of 2017), and it’s still super rare for me to get booked for weddings in Bellevue. I might get one in Bellevue every couple of years… but that’s because Bellevue doesn’t really have many wedding venues that are high in demand. So, if you are searching around for some of the best Bellevue wedding venue’s but you’re coming up short with some solid options… keep reading, because this space is absolutely stunning, and not many people know about it.
Enter, the Alley 111 wedding venue. It’s part of a private condo community, and their residents’ lounge is located on the rooftop. The outdoor ceremony site faces south (perfect!), and it fits your average number of wedding guests. Personally, I loved it… and it was even better for Alice & John considering they live right there in the building!
These two sweethearts met at a Starbucks, so they found it incredibly fitting to have their first look right there at the Starbucks. It really brought their story full-circle, especially on such an emotional and important day of their lives. I thought it was perfectly fitting, and it made for that much more of a memorable experience for both of them.
And HOLY SMOKES! Check out Alice’s absolutely drop-dead gorgeous wedding gown. So beautiful.
John is an entrepreneur-extraordinaire and Alice is the sweetest nurse you ever did meet. Together, they make a true powerhouse couple. Intelligent, funny, caring, genuine, and down-to-earth. (And no, I’m not just saying that). They’re really awesome, and so were all of their friends and family on their wedding day in Bellevue.
Their portraits began at the Starbucks location, but we quickly popped on over to their condo at Alley 111 and did some more portraits there – both indoors and outdoors, as well as the rooftop. The whole building is absolutely gorgeous and incredibly modern with a decadent appeal. I want their photos to speak for themselves, so let’s get right to it.
