FAQ’s About Whistler Wedding Venues:
Are there better wedding venues for certain times of year in Whistler?
Personally speaking, I say no. That said, I will always have my favorites – and that’s weddings in winter – especially when talking about Whistler specifically. There really is something to be said about the cozy charm of Whistler/Blackcomb village on a snowy day. Maybe it’s just because I grew up there as a child – learning how to ski, but I’ve been back many, many times since then and it really is an incredible part of the world.
What is your favorite Whistler wedding venue?
To be fair and to be 100% honest, it completely depends on the size of guest count, the desired aesthetic you want for your wedding day, and the budget that you have. So, all I can really say is my own personal preference. And here, I will side with the helicopter elopement experience at the top of the mountain. BUT – if you are wanting the blend of both worlds – you also have the option of getting married at the Fairmont and then ALSO getting the helicopter, taking your photographer and videographer, then getting epic content that you want on top of the world.
