How cool would it be to get married on a boat? I mean COME ON. With the Waterways Cruises & Events company, you totally can! That’s what Justin & Alandrea did. And it was super cool.

They got ready at the Hotel Ballard (in Ballard, WA – duh), and then some quick portraits near the Ballard Locks. It was an amazing time of year for it, but because of that – the tourists were everywhere! I even had to use Alandrea & Justin’s bodies to block some tourists in the background in a few photos. I bet you can’t tell which images! 🙂

The trees around the Ballard Locks were super pretty, too. Lots of vibrant color, and it was really great to play with a little bit of sun flare.

Before we knew it, we were boarding the boat and getting ready for launch! HOW FUN! Talk about a unique wedding venue. Yes, it can be a little bit tight (depending on how many guests you have), but if an intimate wedding is what you are wanting… and if you are a water lover… then you really do have to check this out. The views are incredible (obviously), and you are out there with your best friends and family just puttering along while you have an incredible meal and some tasty drinks to wash it all down.

Having your wedding with Waterways Cruises & Events is incredibly romantic.
