We started the day getting ready at Hotel Sorrento, did the first look on their amazing rooftop overlooking downtown Seattle, hopped over to the Starbucks Roastery to shoot some portraits, and photographed their wedding party portraits around Capitol Hill and around Hotel Sorrento itself! It tried to rain on us, but our rain dance must have kept it away.
The charm that Hotel Sorrento has is amazing. If you’re searching for a wedding venue in Seattle and you want some of that old-school character, then this place might be your golden ticket.

The venue manager at Hotel Sorrento is even named Happiness! Yes, that’s her real name!! How could you not have an amazing time with her on your side. Their DJ was Disco Vinnie (www.discovinnie.com). She got her dress from I Do Bridal, Allure 9051. Seattle florist, Kendra Yaple of Loves Me Flowers did the wonderful job on their wedding bouquets and arrangements. Their amazing wedding planner (which I highly recommend) was Tamara Nicole Anderson (www.simplybytamaranicole.com). And their oh-so amazingly unique and extravagant officiant and MC was none other than MAMA TITS! (yes, that is her name, as well). Yours truly was their Seattle wedding photographer. Bring it all together and you have one amazing and FUN wedding experience!
