Once in awhile, couples that hire me choose to keep their weddings private from the public eye. Whether they are public figures or just private people, sometimes I’m not allowed to post recognizable people in the photographs. With this Hollywood Schoolhouse wedding in Woodinville, this was one of those weddings.
Thankfully, I am still able to share the details from their wedding day. I wanted to showcase the uniqueness of the venue – especially since it’s so popular around Western Washington!
J + M worked with New Creations Wedding Design & Coordination as their wedding planner, and they made a fantastic decision. Rebecca Grant (founder of New Creations) was on point from start to finish, and no detail was overlooked.
They both got ready at separate locations away from the venue and showed up ready to rock ‘n roll (minus the wedding gown). J took care of that in the gorgeous, vintage bridal room at the top of the venue site. Beautiful light streaming through the windows, lace in the dress, and champagne flowing… it all makes for a beautiful experience.
Another wonderful thing about this particular wedding venue in Woodinville is that it feels very private – all while being right beside a busy roundabout intersection and lots of different wineries nearby. You never really get the feeling that you are right in the heart of Woodinville wine country. They’ve done a great job separating the venue from the “outside world” with its landscaping around the ceremony site and soft curtains on the inside of the building.
The wedding day flowed seamlessly with the help of wedding planner Rebecca Grant at New Creations. The rest as they say, is history.
