There are quite a few gorgeous wedding venues in Snohomish, Washington, but one of my favorites remains to be the Woodland Meadow Farms wedding venue. It’s only a few short minutes away from downtown Snohomish, but you feel like you are off in your own little oasis with a laid-back atmosphere.

This particular wedding between Melissa & Anthony was in the summer, so we had plenty of sunlight, heat, and the drinks were flowing. Good thing they had a huge wedding party to help them celebrate! Melissa is also a wedding planner by trade at Blue Ribbon, so it was my true honor being her chosen wedding photographer. Always great to be there for fellow wedding professionals and be there to capture the emotions and events on such a great summer day.
They kept their Woodland Meadow Farms wedding rustic, timeless, and laid back right down to the smallest of details. It really was beautiful, and I’m not just saying that because I’m blogging about their wedding day. 🙂 I truly did love it. Everybody was so welcoming, friendly, and charming – just as what you might expect from this style of wedding.
Melissa got ready in the bridal suite, which is a tiny cottage on the back-side of the property, and Anthony got ready in the groom’s suite, which is the bottom floor of the main house on the property. Easy-peasy. And when they came to have their first-look with each other, we, of course, had to utilize that incredibly gorgeous & awesome rope swing. It really doesn’t get much more picturesque than this.
Their portraits were a breeze on this hot, summer day, and everybody was grinning ear-to-ear – guests and all. Everybody loves these styles of weddings, and I do too. Beautiful, secluded, peaceful, and romantic – all with your closest friends and family around you. Perfect. Snohomish wedding venues, in general, have a similar sort of vibe, but there is something truly special about Woodland Meadow Farms.
