Nearly everywhere along Highway 2 in Washington is gorgeous, but surprisingly, there’s not very many locations that cater well to portrait locations. Personally, I look for locations that don’t just have one good angle, but many. I look for places where couple’s can both sit & stand in numerous spots at the location and capture multiple different angles – not just one. What I’ve found is that Eagle Falls is one of those great locations. It provides multiple different spots in a condensed area. Just keep in mind that this location can get quite busy in summer, and vandals have now been adding more spray paint tags to the gorgeous rocks surrounding the waterfalls. As it increases in popularity, it seems to becoming more and more vandalized. It’s awful.
Thankfully, there are still certain angles that I am able to capture to avoid these spray paint tags for Eagle Falls engagement sessions. Check out the below photographs! It was pouring rain the entire time, but they totally embraced it and had an amazing time.
