When it snows, I hear so many people canceling their portrait sessions. NOT ME! That’s when I get excited and look forward to hitting the road to capture something really amazing. If I could photograph every engagement session in the snow, I would. (maybe throw in a few beaches under some palm trees). This winter, snowy engagement session at Snoqualmie Pass was full of snow, sleet, rain, and love. Forrest and Emily make such a cute couple, and they are equally adventurous. Thankfully, they were as excited as I was about the opportunity to photograph their intimate portrait session while it was snowing in the mountains! Here is a look at what we captured during their snowy engagement session:
Pretty amazing, right? Seattle doesn’t get very much snow during the winter months (always hovers right around 35-40), so making the trek out to the mountains was a breath of fresh air (pun intended, haha). Could it not make any more sense that his name is Forrest?! I didn’t think so, either. What are some of your favorite mountain locations to hike around and take pictures at? I would love to hear them! Send me an email today and let’s chat. Looking forward to it!
